We learn again. \#NoFearOfMistakes **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure construction complies with ISO 9001 and PBQP\-H standards. * Monitor and conduct site inspections, record non-conformities, and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Support preparation and execution of internal and external audits, ensuring required documentation is maintained. * Deliver ongoing training on quality procedures and ISO 9001 and PBQP\-H standards. * Conduct periodic reviews to identify improvement opportunities and implement optimization actions. * Ensure effective communication between the construction team and quality management. * Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to ensure proper application of quality standards. * Manage quality documentation, including inspection reports and compliance records. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Building Construction or a completed Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and PBQP\-H standards. * Ability to read and understand project plans for developments. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (for plan reading). * Preference given to candidates with experience in quality control on residential vertical construction sites. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Medical Assistance * Meal/Meal Allowance * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Transportation Allowance * Pharmacy Benefit * Health Benefit (Starbem) * Partnerships with educational institutions * Birthday Day Off * Gympass Partnership * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) * Extended Parental Leave – 6 months for mothers and 30 days for fathers * Special conditions to acquire your HM home **About HM** HM was founded in 1976 in Barretos (SP) as a small engineering firm.
