It’s time to join our team and help build more sustainable environments! We are currently looking for a **Technical Production Operator** to join us in **Sumaré**. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-driven company, please review the required qualifications. **As a Technical Production Operator, you will:** * Understand and verify the robot’s programming sequence according to the mold; * Verify whether the insert feeding system is properly configured; * Verify and adjust the male component programming (rotation direction) so that the robot inserts the brass bushing; * Understand the operation of all robot peripherals; * Supervise Level III Operators: if rotation speed exceeds the mold’s safety limit, the mold may fall into the machine’s chute; (text unclear, rewritten) Supervision of Level III Operators should be conducted by the team leader—not the Technical Operator. **Main job challenges:** * + Regulate and adjust electric injection molding machines; check all indicators. + Stop and restart the electric injection molding machine as required. + Support tooling maintenance for the Flat Dripper mold. + Ensure quality of the injected Flat Dripper product. **Basic Requirements:** * Completed high school education; technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Electromechanics, Plastics, or related fields; * Must be a permanent employee for at least 6 months—or have been promoted no less than 6 months ago—for operational roles; * Must be a permanent employee for at least 1 year—or have been promoted no less than 1 year ago—for technical, administrative, or managerial roles; * Most recent performance evaluation must be at least “Meets Expectations” (for roles that have completed their latest evaluation). **Important**: Before applying to this internal selection process, discuss and negotiate in advance with your immediate manager. **This could be THE OPPORTUNITY for YOU to continue growing within Amanco Wavin!** **GOOD LUCK!**
