With courage and dedication, we established ourselves in the transportation sector and today have expanded our operations nationwide, delivering diverse solutions through the six companies comprising our Group — positioning us as one of Brazil’s leading and largest logistics groups and a sector reference. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead transshipment, loading, and unloading teams. * Monitor and evaluate employee performance (including during probationary period) * Analyze and address Occurrence Reports (OR) * Track lost cargo and lost CTRCs (Transportation Receipts) * Plan daily operations based on cargo movement * Guide the team and align incidents according to company policies * Organize staff schedules and vehicle positioning * Size teams to ensure operational agility and quality * Monitor loading and vehicle departure times * Request additional trucks when necessary * Support control of overtime, time banks, days off, and vacations * Serve as the liaison between operations and management * Ensure workplace safety on the platform * Perform other duties related to the role **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree *(preferred: completed bachelor’s degree)* * Prior experience in people management **Additional Information** * Productivity Bonus (annual and monthly) * On-site cafeteria * Breakfast * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Pharmacy discount program * SESI and SESTSENAT partnership * Life insurance * Gympass * Discount at Anhanguera University Here, we create paths to reach our dreams.
