




REQUIREMENTS: \- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, and/or related fields; \- Prior experience in basic HR and personnel department routines is desirable; \- 100% on-site work, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Indaiatuba/SP; \- Internship stipend of up to R$ 1\.594,30 \+ on-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, and life insurance. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED: \- Support recruitment and selection (R\&S) processes, onboarding of new employees, and updating employee records; \- Provide support for personnel administration tasks, including time tracking, benefits management, and documentation; \- Update HR indicator spreadsheets and reports; \- Assist in organizational climate surveys and process improvement projects; \- Perform other related tasks as directed by the HR team.
