We are hiring Heavy Machinery Operators for the Municipal Government of Hortolândia. Salary and Benefits: BRL 2,664.75 + Food Basket BRL 290.00 + Meal Allowance BRL 406.77 + Attendance Bonus BRL 25.00 (if no unexcused absences, medical certificates, or leaves of absence) + Transportation Voucher Work Schedule: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday Position: Heavy Machinery Operator Responsibilities: Operate robust equipment (such as excavators, tractors, and front-end loaders) to perform essential tasks in construction, mining, and agriculture—including excavation, earthmoving, grading, and material handling—ensuring work safety and efficiency through proper command execution, basic preventive maintenance, and strict adherence to safety procedures; serving as a vital link in project implementation REQUIREMENTS: Minimum education: Elementary school completion; • Valid driver’s license category C, D, or E; • Proof of paid professional activity listed on the driver’s license document; • No repeat offenses for traffic violations classified as “extremely serious” within the last twelve months; • Certification for operating the specific machinery to which assigned, issued by a recognized institution or in accordance with SENAI, SEST/SENAT, or other authorized standards; Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: BRL 2,664.75 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal voucher
