Job Summary: Responsible for the maintenance and installation of green areas, including mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control, operating gardening equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Perform landscaping maintenance and installation on lawns and gardens. 2. Care for plants, monitor pests, and operate gardening equipment. 3. Opportunity to apply sustainable gardening techniques. Responsibilities: * Maintain lawns, gardens, and other green areas, including mowing grass, pruning trees and shrubs, and weeding gardens; * Plant and care for flowers, trees, and other plants, ensuring they receive adequate water, nutrients, and sunlight; * Install landscaping projects, such as flower beds and vegetative covers, and apply sustainable gardening techniques; * Monitor and treat pest and disease problems that may affect plant health; * Operate and maintain gardening equipment, such as lawn mowers, pruners, and leaf blowers; * Keep gardens and green areas free of debris and garbage, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment; Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed elementary education; * Technical knowledge in botany, soil types, planting techniques, and pest control is desirable; Benefits: We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
