We believe in professional and personal development, as we know our growth depends on the growth of the people who make up our team. **Responsibilities:** * Support Recruitment and Selection processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate support, and completion of admission forms; * Assist in the onboarding process of new employees; * Monitor document control on external platforms; * Support the organization of Social Initiatives promoted by Energy. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Business Administration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Residency in Itupeva or Jundiaí. **Benefits** * Fuel allowance or transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * TotalPass.
