Job Summary: Assist in performing various tasks on infrastructure projects, including foundations, leveling, material transportation, and mortar preparation, ensuring organization and safety. Familiarity with safe handling of heavy loads #### **Responsibilities** * Assist in executing foundations, leveling, and soil compaction on infrastructure projects. * Transport and safely handle inert materials (sand, gravel), cement, pipes, and tools at construction sites. * Prepare and mix mortars and concrete according to technical specifications for dosage and consistency. * Support the assembly of temporary formwork and shoring systems for concrete structures. * Participate in manual excavation, filling, and re-filling operations, ensuring compliance with earthwork project specifications. * Perform systematic cleaning and organization of the worksite, including proper disposal of construction debris and waste. * Maintain cleanliness and condition of commonly used tools and equipment, reporting maintenance needs. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as a laborer on road infrastructure, sanitation, or earthwork projects. * Practical knowledge of mortar and concrete preparation, including correct identification of material proportions. * Familiarity with safe handling and transportation of heavy and bulky loads. * Ability to interpret and follow technical work instructions, sketches, or supervisor guidance. * Physical fitness for continuous manual labor, including lifting weights and exposure to adverse weather conditions. * Basic knowledge of occupational safety regulations (applicable NRs, e.g., NR\-18) and mandatory use of PPE. * Availability to work at various construction sites, as required by project demands. #### **Skills** * Handling of Construction Materials * Mortar and Concrete Preparation * Manual Excavation * Earthwork (basic knowledge) * Use of Hand Tools (Construction) * Worksite Organization and Cleaning * Workplace Safety (PPE) ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance/Reimbursement, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
