Job Summary: Digi is seeking an innovative and strategic Art Director to strengthen our creative team and develop impactful visual concepts for 360° campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. We partner with some of the world's largest multinational corporations, delivering high-level challenges for creative talent. We are seeking an Art Director to reinforce our creative team. We seek an innovative, strategic, and highly creative professional with strong aesthetic sensibility and mastery of design tools. Someone who understands client needs and translates concepts into impactful key visuals and high-quality visual materials. Key responsibilities: - Develop visual concepts for 360° campaigns (online and offline); - Ensure aesthetic and technical quality of produced assets; - Collaborate strategically with the creative team and stakeholders to deliver strategic campaigns; - Ensure deliverables align with clients' branding and positioning; - Meet internal deadlines and processes, ensuring excellence and organization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; Solid experience as an Art Director in advertising or incentive marketing agencies; Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Creative conceptualization and visual storytelling skills; Experience with agile methodologies and deadline management; Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills. Desirable Experience developing incentive and loyalty campaigns; Proactivity in suggesting creative and innovative solutions; Motion design knowledge is a plus! AI knowledge; Knowledge of incentive and loyalty programs.
