Production Assistant - 1st and 2nd Shift | Monte Mor

**INITIALLY TEMPORARY POSITION, WITH POTENTIAL FOR PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT** **Requirements:** Completed elementary education, prior experience in production, flexible availability for working hours, and residence in Monte Mor or easy access to the area. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in operating production machinery and equipment; * Support wood-cutting activities; * Assist in assembling jigs and products; * Handle movement of raw materials and finished products; * Perform cleaning and organization of machinery, equipment, and work areas; * Carry out manual tasks such as nailing, tying, screwing, and stapling materials; * Perform identification and stamping of packaging; * Support other departmental activities as required by production needs. **Salary:** R$ 2\.013,00 **Benefits:** **During the temporary contract:** * Basic food basket; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals. **After permanent hiring:** * Transportation allowance; * Basic food basket; * On-site meals; * Attendance Bonus (Food Card worth R$ 500,00\); * Drogal Pharmacy Benefit Program; * Dental Plan (after probationary period). **Working Hours:** **1st Shift:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with alternate Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM\. **2nd Shift:** Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM; Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM; and alternate Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM \- **Night Shift Premium**. **Additional Information:** * For 2nd-shift employees, the transportation allowance will be provided only for the commute to work; return transportation is arranged via company-provided shuttle.
