Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Production Control Analyst (PCP) to plan, schedule, and control production, monitor orders, and ensure deadlines are met—contributing to operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Strategic interface with various company departments We are looking for a motivated and proactive Production Control Analyst (PCP) to join our team. The professional will be responsible for production planning, scheduling, and control—monitoring orders and ensuring timely delivery aligned with the company's production capacity. They will also track production orders, manage materials and inventory, monitor production process progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement of departmental routines. Regular coordination with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehousing, and Commercial departments will be required to ensure efficient operational flow. Maintaining up-to-date records and information in the ERP system, preparing reports, and tracking production performance indicators will also be essential to enhance operational efficiency and support decision-making. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, an analytical mindset, and interpersonal relationship capabilities are important to ensure effective cross-departmental interaction and contribution toward achieving company goals. ___ Responsibilities ● Plan and schedule production orders according to customer order backlog and production capacity. * Monitor production orders and the flow of the company’s production processes. * Control raw materials, components, and other materials required to fulfill orders. * Monitor delivery deadlines and identify production bottlenecks in manufacturing. * Update and monitor information in the ERP system. * Prepare production performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Interface regularly with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Warehousing, and Commercial departments. * Support inventory control and material stocktaking activities. * Propose continuous improvements to production processes aimed at increasing productivity and reducing waste. * Ensure achievement of production, quality, and on-time delivery targets. ___ Requirements * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ___ Knowledge * Minimum 3 years of experience in PCP, preferably in industrial or metallurgical sectors. * Knowledge of industrial production planning and control. * Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production process control. * Familiarity with ERP systems and production order management.
