WE shorten learning distances so people can GROW and take PRIDE in their journey within AGRO. **Position Mission** Ensure predictable and scalable generation of qualified leads through strategic management of paid media campaigns, optimizing investments, audiences, messaging, formats, and channels—with direct focus on commercial funnel impact and revenue. **Responsibilities and Duties Function Description** The Paid Traffic Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns across major digital channels, ensuring maximum budget efficiency and alignment with the company’s marketing and sales goals. This role requires strategic and analytical thinking, linking acquisition data with commercial performance to strengthen qualified MQL generation, brand awareness, and digital presence within the agribusiness sector. **Key Responsibilities:** **Planning and Strategy** * Develop the **strategic paid media investment plan**, and request budget forecasts from the finance team. * Structure, prioritize, and manage the **campaign pipeline** by channel, aligned with CAC, MQL, conversion, and funnel-impact targets. * Define appropriate KPIs, goals, benchmarks, and attribution models for the acquisition cycle. **Budget and KPI Management** * Manage the **monthly media budget** with high accuracy, ensuring predictability and efficiency. * Monitor acquisition and efficiency metrics (CPL, CTR, CPA, VPC, CAC, ROAS, MQL%, preliminary LTV, among others), proposing strategic adjustments. **Media Operations and Acquisition** * Plan and execute campaigns on **Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads**, focusing on: * Bottom-of-funnel (performance and conversion) * Acquisition of **qualified leads (MQLs)** * Institutional, engagement, and brand awareness campaigns (top/middle-of-funnel) * Create, optimize, and segment **audiences and UTMs** to ensure full traceability and accurate data interpretation. **Analysis, Testing, and Optimization** * Conduct A/B and multivariate tests on ads, audiences, landing pages, and creatives. * Interpret media, CRM, and commercial performance data—turning insights into actionable steps. * Build dashboards and periodic reports with executive-level visibility and recommendations. **Cross-Functional Integration** * Request creatives aligned with strategy and performance outcomes from the communications team. * Present performance reports clearly, translating technical metrics into business impact. * Participate in and/or lead internal meetings and external consulting sessions for alignment, direction, and next steps. **Data Governance and Measurement** * Configure and manage events, tags, and parameters via **Google Tag Manager**. * Monitor and interpret data in **Google Analytics**, ensuring metric integrity. * Propose and implement improvements to the digital journey and conversion touchpoints. **Requirements and Qualifications Desired Profile and Competencies** **Required:** * Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. * Solid understanding of metrics, marketing funnels, and attribution. * Proven experience managing budgets and performance campaigns. * Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and data-driven decision-making. * Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. * Analytical and data-oriented—makes decisions based on evidence, not assumptions. * Proactive and owner mindset—takes shared responsibility for outcomes without waiting for fully defined requests. * Curious and inquisitive—continuously seeks new solutions, trends, and improvements. * Organized and skilled at prioritization—able to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and concurrent demands. * “Hands-on” profile—gets involved directly, tests quickly, measures, and optimizes. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in education, agribusiness, or complex B2B/B2C sales. * Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive). * Basic knowledge of SEO and inbound strategies. **Additional Information Employment Model:** * PJ (Individual Entrepreneur); * Vacation allowance, 13th-month invoice bonus, study grant, fixed salary + variable compensation.
