**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Complete sector performance spreadsheets **DAILY**;
* Support the management team;
* Assist with and deliver team/sector training;
* Address team/sector questions;
* Submit daily team/sector performance reports;
* Support sector planning and task execution;
* Monitor daily task delivery;
* Support colleagues in actions aimed at delivery;
* Report difficulties to management “on time”;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To work as an Assistant in ALS’s Clinical Studies Recruitment department, we expect you to meet the following basic requirements:
* Completed high school education;
* Intermediate Excel skills;
* Proactivity and initiative;
* Strong interpersonal communication skills;
* Analytical mindset;
