Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing orders, tracking card shipments, and handling data and systems to generate reports, ensuring organization and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Manage orders and track card shipments 2. Handle information and data in systems and spreadsheets 3. Organize and verify shipments **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour break **Stipend**: R$1.350,00 **Benefits**: Transportation allowance, Life insurance, Participation in Internal Incentive Program **Main Responsibilities:** \- Manage orders and monitor card shipments, ensuring deadlines and quality. \- Handle information and data via systems and Excel spreadsheets; \- Operate systems to generate reports and track shipments. \- Organize, verify, and dispatch cards; **Requirements:** **\-** Currently enrolled in Logistics, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields. \- Organized, efficient, proactive, and team-oriented; \- Experience with administrative and operational processes; \- Basic knowledge of Excel.
