Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning; * Technical qualification in Building Construction (preferred); * Experience in building and infrastructure budgeting; * Experience in technical building and infrastructure projects; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of Power BI and dashboard creation for data and results presentation; * Analysis, interpretation, and quantity takeoff from technical building and infrastructure project drawings; * Development of analytical budgets for buildings, subdivisions, and condominiums; * Technical support to project, product, R\&D, legalization, and prospecting teams during the development of new typologies and project bases; * Familiarity with cost composition and pricing tables, such as SINAPI and TCPO; * Procurement of construction material prices for execution budget preparation; * Technical support to procurement and construction teams; * Participation in meetings with management and executive leadership to present studies and results; * Knowledge of performance standards and construction systems, such as wood-frame. 2511130202461865693
