Production Engineer

Job Summary: Civil engineering professional for project management, planning development, and on-site team coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for reviewing and adapting project plans at the start of construction. 2. Development of short- and medium-term planning (PCP and PMP). 3. Critical analysis and implementation of executive scheduling to meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (completed). Minimum 4 years of experience in this role. Must reside in Indaiatuba or nearby cities. · Responsible for reviewing project plans at the start of construction to ensure suitability and requesting adjustments if any changes or revisions are needed; · Responsible for developing PCP (short-term planning) and PMP (medium-term planning); · Responsible for requesting all materials relevant to the work to be performed; · Conduct critical analysis of the planning; upon agreement, implement executive planning and communicate it to subordinates to achieve the desired deadline; · Ensure allocation of direct and indirect teams across work fronts together with the Foreman; Other duties relevant to this position.
