Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing sites, constructing and structuring buildings, performing finishing work and installing basic systems, as well as carrying out repairs and maintenance. Repairs and maintenance of structures * Clean the site, excavate, level, and prepare the area for construction. * Build walls, floors, and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, stones, or other materials. * Assemble steel frameworks, install beams and columns to provide structural support for buildings. * Apply mortar, plaster, tiles, bricks, or other surface finishes. * Install plumbing, electrical wiring, and other basic building systems. * Perform repairs and maintenance on existing structures, including replacement of damaged materials, grouting, etc. Compensation: R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
