An automotive industry company is seeking a Junior Process and Production Technician in Itupeva. **Responsibilities:** Monitor production processes directly on the shop floor. Provide technical support to the production team whenever necessary. Guide assistants, operators, and production supervisors according to work instructions. Ensure correct execution of operations and compliance with established standards. Identify resource allocation needs according to industrial engineering planning. Pursue continuous improvement of production processes, with emphasis on surface treatment. Perform consumption comparisons between actual and projected results, preparing reports. Propose process improvements, conduct tests, and present technical reports with results. Previous experience as a Process and Production Assistant, Junior Production Technician, Junior Process Analyst, or Process and Production Assistant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Completed technical education required.
