We seek a professional passionate about secure software development to drive the evolution of Secure SDLC, DevSecOps, and software supply chain security (Software Supply Chain). This person will collaborate with development and architecture teams to help build secure applications from conception through production, leveraging automation, AI, and engineering best practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Evolve Secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices. * Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines. * Integrate security testing into the development lifecycle (SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC, Containers, and Secret Scanning). * Support architecture reviews and threat modeling. * Strengthen Software Supply Chain security. * Define standards and best practices for secure development. * Support the secure use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Cursor. * Automate security controls to increase developer productivity. **Requirements** * Advanced English proficiency for conversation, meetings, and technical documentation. * Experience in software development. * Solid knowledge of Secure SDLC and DevSecOps. * Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of Software Supply Chain Security. * Experience with security testing tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, Secret Scanning, etc.). * Knowledge of security architecture for applications and cloud environments. * Experience with AI-based coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar). * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform. * Experience with OWASP, Threat Modeling, and Zero Trust. * Knowledge of AI security, LLMs, and agentic environments. * Certifications in Information Security or Cloud Security. **Our Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Meal and food allowances; * Childcare assistance; * Extended parental leave; * Partnerships with gyms and health/wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass, TotalPass); * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Life insurance; * Continuous learning platform (CI\&T University); * Discount club; * Free online platform dedicated to promoting physical health, mental well-being, and overall wellness; * Pregnancy and responsible parenting course; * Partnerships with online learning platforms; * Language learning platform; * And many more More details about our benefits here: https://ciandt.com/br/pt\-br/carreiras At CI\&T, inclusion begins at first contact.
