Job Summary: The professional will perform sorting, organizing, weighing, and replenishing raw materials, as well as assisting in preparing premixes and maintaining departmental organization. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for organizing and sorting raw materials and premixes. 2. Assisting in inventory control and achieving production targets. 3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the department according to regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Sort and organize raw materials according to production orders and technical formulations; * Perform weighing strictly adhering to specified quantities; * Assist in preparing premixes; * Replenish equipment and mixers with pre-weighed ingredients; * Verify production orders, identify possible discrepancies, and report them to the immediate supervisor; * Maintain correct identification of inputs and produced premixes; * Assist in cleaning and organizing the department, equipment, and utensils according to hygiene and food safety standards; * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Support raw material inventory control by reporting replenishment needs; * Record production information when required (forms, systems, or spreadsheets); * Collaborate with the team to meet production and quality targets; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and company internal procedures.
