Opportunity for growth and performance-based recognition **Job Opening: Sales Consultant – ResolveSaúde** **Location:** Campinas/SP **Work Model:** On-site **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) About the Role We seek a commercially oriented, proactive, and results-driven professional to sell the ResolveSaúde health benefit card, offering affordable healthcare solutions to our patients. Emphasis is placed on conversion, consultative service, and achievement of targets. Main Responsibilities * Sell the ResolveSaúde health plan to clinic patients and received leads * Proactively engage customers, identify their needs, and present the plan’s benefits * Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets * Conduct in-person and WhatsApp-based customer service * Record information in the system and monitor the sales funnel * Perform customer retention and reactivation activities * Collaborate with reception and the commercial team to maximize results Requirements * Experience in sales, preferably in services or plans * Strong communication, argumentation, and persuasive skills * Dynamic, resilient, and goal-oriented profile * Proficiency in customer-facing interactions * Basic computer literacy Preferred Qualifications * Experience selling healthcare products or benefit cards * Experience managing aggressive targets and commission-based compensation * Experience using CRM or management systems Compensation and Benefits * Fixed salary * Performance-based commission * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance Working Hours Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturdays, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM What We Expect We seek a candidate with a growth mindset, strong focus on results, and commitment to achieving targets.
