Process and Quality Analyst

Description

**Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; * Experience in process mapping and modeling (BPMN) is required; * Preferred: Courses or certifications in ISO 9001:2015; * Desirable: Courses in continuous improvement; * Knowledge of indicator analysis and KPI-based management; * Familiarity with project or task management tools. **Responsibilities:** * Perform process mapping and modeling; * Conduct SWOT and Root Cause Analysis; * Facilitate Feedback and Continuous Improvement meetings with leaders; * Manage projects and analyze data; * Conduct internal and ISO 9001 audits; * Other duties relevant to the position. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (with 1:12 lunch break) **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher of R$29.80 (per workday); * Food Basket Credit of R$200.00\* attendance bonus; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Dental Plan; * Free Breakfast; * Life Insurance; * SEST/SENAT Agreement \- free access to all activities and services offered by the institution.
