SENIOR QUALITY ANALYST

**Job Description:** ---------------------- MISSION: Execute complex quality control activities, lead technical teams, develop process improvements, and ensure excellence in the execution of BRZ projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Support maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), based on ISO 9001 and SiAC PBQPH. \- Participate in the development, review, and control of QMS documents and procedures. \- Support internal audit execution and follow-up on external audits. \- Contribute to non-conformity management by proposing corrective and preventive actions. \- Support implementation of PBQPH requirements in construction processes. \- Develop and review execution procedures. \- Conduct internal audits of the Quality Management System. \- Manage non-conformities and corrective action plans. \- Interact with designers and technical consultants. \- Prepare managerial quality reports. \- Conduct technical training for teams. \- Participate in critical project reviews. \- Monitor construction quality indicators. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Technical course in Quality Control.
