If you want to grow in a collaborative, diverse environment full of opportunities to roll up your sleeves and get involved, this is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the candidate (intern/apprentice) experience during the onboarding process, performing follow-up on pending documents and assisting in resolving questions; * Manage and track attendance, contracts, and documentation for apprenticeship programs; * Act as the liaison between managers and candidates to update and monitor weekly admission status; * Control, organize, and update information on new apprentices and interns in spreadsheets and internal systems; * Participate in employability fairs and talent attraction initiatives, representing the company to external audiences; * Support individual and panel interviews for internship and apprenticeship programs; * Support relationship management with partners and program integrators for apprenticeships; * Monitor and control payments to suppliers and integrators related to entry programs; * Liaise with the Occupational Health team to oversee admission medical exams and ASO releases; * Attend weekly meetings with the CSC to monitor admissions and resolve pending items; **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Bachelor’s, Teaching, or Technology degree); Expected graduation between Jul/2027 and Jul/2028; Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite), with flexible working hours; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI experience will be considered a plus; Strong interpersonal communication skills and ease in interacting with diverse audiences; Organized, proactive profile with adaptability to dynamic environments; Interest in working with people and talent acquisition processes. **Additional Information** **Benefits Package** * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Wellhub * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Surgical Instrumentation * Pharmacy Allowance * Life Insurance * Funeral Assistance * Comprehensive Maternity Support Program (from pregnancy through postpartum) * Extended Parental Leave * School Supplies Allowance * Daycare Assistance * Christmas Toy * Christmas Kit * Psychological, Legal, and Financial Assistance Program * Discounts and Benefits Club * Corporate University **\#JoinRumo** **About Rumo** We are Brazil’s largest independent railway logistics operator, crossing the country from North to South across nearly 14,000 km of rail lines — a distance equivalent to traveling from São Paulo to Australia.
