Responsibilities:* Greet customers courteously and professionally. * Present the menu and provide information about dishes and beverages. * Take and record orders accurately and efficiently. * Serve food and beverages according to the hotel’s quality standards. * Keep the work area clean and organized. * Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting their needs throughout their stay. * Collaborate with other staff members to deliver exceptional service. Requirements and Qualifications:* Prior experience as a waiter in hotels or upscale restaurants (Preferred). * Knowledge of service etiquette and protocol. * Excellent communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations. * Ability to work under pressure and remain calm during busy periods. * Flexible availability, including weekends. * Knowledge of various wines and gourmet dishes is considered a plus. * Ability to speak additional languages, such as English, is a plus. * Initiative and agility. * Organizational skills. * Teamwork.
