Junior Customer Service Assistant

Description

Provides direct support to members and guests, with a focus on customer experience. Key responsibilities include: * **Customer Service:** Greeting and assisting members and guests. * **Operational Tasks:** Performing check-in, providing guidance on rules/procedures, and monitoring wristband usage. * **Order Management:** Managing towel lending, assisting with reservations, and providing general information. * **Data Recording and Reporting:** Entering data into systems and preparing reports. * **General Support:** Reporting issues and supporting common areas. This role requires availability to work on rotating shifts (e.g., 5 days on / 2 days off, or Wednesday through Sunday) and offers benefits including on-site meals, meal allowance, and transportation allowance. Flexible schedule availability and weekend work are required.
