Optimization of user experience and customer purchase journey We are looking for an E\-commerce Analyst to work on our network's digital operations, ensuring an efficient, organized, and strategically aligned shopping experience. **Job Responsibilities:** * Manage the product catalog: item registration, price updates, descriptions, images, and categories. * Monitor online store performance: conversion rate, traffic, average order value, stockouts, and cart abandonment. * Track orders from start to finish, ensuring SLA compliance and providing customer service support when necessary. * Support promotional campaigns and commercial calendar activities in collaboration with Marketing. * Interface with internal departments (Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT). * Analyze competitors, consumer behavior, and opportunities for improvement. * Optimize user experience (UX) and the customer purchase journey. * Create and monitor sales reports, margins, inventory levels, and operational KPIs. * Monitor website technical issues and contact vendors when required. * Assist in marketplace management (listings, integrations, campaigns, and orders). Requirements: * Prior experience in e\-commerce or related areas (item listing, operations, digital marketing, marketplaces). * Knowledge of e\-commerce platforms (e.g., Tray, VTEX, Nuvemshop, Shopify, or similar). * Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Solid understanding of e\-commerce SEO (preferred). * Knowledge of marketplace integrations (preferred). * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, * Information Systems, or related fields.
