**Job Description:** We are seeking a Head Waiter to lead the service team, ensuring service excellence, dining room organization, and a positive customer experience aligned with company standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise, guide, and assign tasks to the waitstaff; * Ensure customer service standards, emphasizing quality and courtesy; * Oversee dining room opening and closing procedures; * Organize staff work schedules, days off, and breaks; * Train and onboard new front-of-house staff; * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and best practices; * Directly assist customers when necessary; * Maintain dining room organization, table setup, utensils, and staff appearance; * Resolve customer incidents and complaints promptly and professionally; * Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management teams. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience as a waiter/waitress and/or as a dining room team leader; * Knowledge of service techniques and dining etiquette; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and leadership ability; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in restaurants, bars, or hotels; * Training courses in customer service or hospitality; * Experience managing teams and conducting staff training. **Behavioral Profile:** * Leadership and proactivity; * Organization and sense of responsibility; * Customer service orientation; * Ability to work under pressure; * Teamwork and effective communication.
