Customer interaction and maintenance of hygiene standards. **Detailed Description** · Weigh and mix dry and wet ingredients according to recipes and standardized procedures. · Knead dough manually or using machines, adjusting consistency and texture. · Ferment dough at appropriate temperature and humidity to ensure proper rising and flavor development. · Shape dough into various forms, such as bread, cakes, pies, savory pastries, and other products. · Operate conventional or rotary ovens, controlling temperature and baking time to ensure uniform and flavorful products. · Monitor the baking process to prevent burning and ensure final product quality. · Adjust baking time and temperature according to product type, size, and oven characteristics. · Apply glazes, creams, toppings, fruits, and other decorative ingredients to cakes, pies, and other products. · Use confectionery techniques to create creative and attractive designs. · Maintain workplace hygiene and organization during the decoration process. · Keep the work area clean, organized, and sanitized, following food hygiene and safety regulations. · Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, hairnets, and masks. · Follow food safety procedures to prevent contamination and ensure product quality. · Serve customers at the counter, answering questions and providing product information. · Record orders, receive payments, and issue fiscal receipts. · Assist in organizing and cleaning the customer service area. · Assist in organizing inventory of ingredients and supplies. · Perform basic maintenance on bakery equipment. · Participate in training sessions and professional development courses.
