Job Summary: Professional responsible for scheduling shipments, allocating vehicles, managing the driver team, and monitoring working hours to ensure deadline compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with Fleet, Maintenance, and HR departments Traffic Analyst – Indaiatuba\-SP RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule shipments, allocate vehicles and drivers Monitor trip execution to ensure deadline compliance Directly manage a team of approximately 40 drivers Monitor drivers’ working hours to ensure compliance with legislation Support performance analysis of drivers Support operational indicator tracking Collaborate with Fleet, Maintenance, and HR departments to align requirements Manage leave, timekeeping, and vacation records REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or Fleet Management (completed or in progress) Experience in fleet control Proficiency in Word and Excel Computer skills, Excel, Outlook WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 Availability for overtime work required EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent CLT contract BENEFITS: Meal allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Education assistance On-site fitness classes during the week Totalpass – Discounted gym membership plans VidaLink – 20% discount at pharmacies Worker Support – Psychological support services Starting Salary: R$ 3\.525,00 Plus variable compensation based on goal achievement Compensation: Starting at R$3\.525,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Education assistance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
