Joining Olmix means becoming part of a team with an innovative mindset at the heart of the company’s innovation. **Job Context** The primary role of the Swine Technical Manager is to support the technical-commercial development and positioning of Olmix’s solutions for the swine production market, working in partnership with customers, distributors, representatives, and technical teams. The position will be responsible for conducting technical and commercial visits, supporting field demonstrations and trials, and contributing to generating data and insights that support product and solution positioning, launches, and development. **Your Responsibilities** * Conduct technical and commercial visits to customers and partners in the swine production segment to promote the company’s concepts, products, and solutions, supporting the acquisition and/or retention of new business; * Build and strengthen local positioning of swine-focused products, programs, and services by communicating their benefits and applications to internal technical teams, GTCs, distributors, and representatives; * Participate in internal and external technical events related to the swine industry to broaden and update knowledge of Olmix’s product portfolio and other available market solutions, thereby enhancing the company’s technical and commercial positioning; * Identify, plan, and execute field demonstrations and trials in swine production, generating technical data to support product portfolio development and official launches; * Collaborate with Product Managers and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and sharing of information required for executing protocols, demonstrations, and field evaluations; * Provide technical support to customers, distributors, representatives, and internal teams, contributing to knowledge dissemination and the development of Olmix’s solutions in the swine production market. **What You Bring:** Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or related fields; Intermediate English proficiency; Experience in technical and/or commercial activities within agribusiness, preferably in the swine production segment; Technical knowledge in swine production, animal nutrition, animal health, or related areas; Experience or familiarity with demonstrations, field trials, and field evaluations; Strong communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with customers, distributors, representatives, and technical teams; Willingness to travel and conduct technical and commercial visits; Proactive, organized profile with strong teamwork ability, results orientation, and consultative approach. **Location of this position:** South Latam. ️ **Selection Process Steps:** 1.
