Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end high-volume recruitment and selection for operational positions. 2. Management and negotiation with external consulting firms for talent sourcing. 3. Monitoring of recruitment metrics and weekly reporting on job opening status. * Delivering the best experience for candidates and internal clients; * High-volume recruitment and selection for operational positions; * Full-cycle management of the recruitment and selection process (end\-to\-end); * Management and negotiation with consulting firms; * Continuous identification of external recruitment sources; * Monitoring and management of recruitment and selection metrics; * Weekly reporting on job opening status. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in recruitment and selection, especially high-volume hiring; * Experience in selecting candidates for operational positions; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Strong skills in status reporting; * Experience managing and negotiating with consulting firms; * Must reside in Indaiatuba, Campinas, Vinhedo, or Salto; * Availability for on-site work; * Experience with Pandapé ATS is a plus.
