




Job Summary: We are seeking a Facilities Analyst to manage contracts, monitor maintenance activities, control performance indicators, and support continuous improvement projects. We are seeking a Facilities Analyst. This position requires on-site work. **Responsibilities:** * Manage contracts and suppliers for services such as cleaning, security, reception, building maintenance, and utilities. * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, civil, among others). * Control performance indicators (SLAs, costs, service quality). * Develop and monitor the facilities department budget. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental regulations, and local ordinances. * Support continuous improvement projects, renovations, and layout adjustments. * Manage inventory of infrastructure-related assets and supplies. **Requirements:** * Experience in facility management * Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations * Organizational and planning skills * Strong communication and negotiation skills Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
