Proficiency in TOTVS RM system and Microsoft Office suite Procurement Assistant / 1 Position(s) / Campinas/SP Responsibilities * Receive and analyze purchase requests aligned with budget and project planning; * Conduct quotations and negotiate favorable commercial terms; * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules; * Maintain follow\-up with suppliers; * Provide support to finance and tax departments; * Assist the procurement department with administrative tasks. Requirements * Reside in Sumaré, Campinas or Hortolândia – SP, with easy access to Parque Pavan neighborhood; * Completed high school education; * Completion of or enrollment in a higher education program in Administration, Civil Engineering, or related fields; or Technical qualification in Administration or Building Construction is a plus; * Prior experience as a Procurement Assistant; * Proficiency in TOTVS RM system, spreadsheets or forms; * Skills in quotations and comparison of technical/commercial proposals, price negotiation, delivery schedules and terms; * Intermediate proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office); * Proactivity, organization, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
