We provide human resource management solutions for various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Assembly, formatting, and preventive and corrective maintenance of computers, laptops, and peripherals. Installation and configuration of operating systems (Windows, Server / AD, and Linux). Hardware testing and diagnostics (memory, HDD / SSD, motherboards, power supplies, etc.). Firmware, driver, and software updates. Technical support for internal teams and system implementation teams. Control of equipment and component entry and exit from the lab. Recording of service requests and technical reports in the internal system. Previous experience in Technical Support, Support Analyst, Maintenance Technician, or IT Specialist roles may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
