At CPFL, you’ll find a solid environment to grow with confidence, security to evolve, and space to build a purpose-driven future. **SAP SOLUTIONS ANALYST (IS\-U CCS Billing \& Invoicing)** **Work Location:** Campinas, SP **Work Model:** On-site **Company:** CPFL Paulista \- A company of the CPFL Energia Group **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology, Engineering, or related fields; * Mandatory experience with the SAP IS\-U CCS Billing \& Invoicing module; * Experience identifying opportunities for system and process improvement, leading initiatives to implement innovative solutions that add strategic value to the business; * Experience in implementation, enhancement, or optimization: of billing master data, tax processes, billing data migration, tariff configuration, calculation routines, billing and printing processes; * Experience with electricity sector regulatory processes, ensuring SAP CCS compliance with current regulations; * Experience with distributed generation processes, including credit calculation and transfer management, and billing for microgeneration and minigeneration, injunctions, tax management, and billing; * Knowledge of KPIs, reimbursement, subsidies, re-billing, correspondence, and injunction handling; * Experience with system integration (e.g., telemetry systems, metering systems, field service printing systems, CRM, Virtual Agency...); * Experience in implementation, support, or improvement projects for electricity sector business processes; * Availability to work on-site in Campinas, SP. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Implement and sustain electricity sector processes, leveraging technical expertise and business process knowledge to align technology with CPFL’s business objectives; * Comply with electricity sector regulatory processes, ensuring adherence to current regulations; * Support business areas in defining business requirements; * Identify opportunities for system and process improvement, leading initiatives to implement innovative solutions that add strategic value to the business, promoting digital transformation and continuous operational improvement, thereby enhancing operational and business effectiveness; * Conduct periodic reviews and implement improvements to IT and business processes, using feedback from business areas and performance analyses to guide changes.
