Responsibilities and Assignments That Transform: * + Plan and implement CRM strategies across all customer service channels, acting as a strategic partner to the Commercial area to drive sales; + Develop and execute CRM campaigns and initiatives focused on increasing sales volume, customer engagement, and strengthening customer relationships, using WhatsApp, CRM systems, and other channels; + Collaborate directly with the Commercial team to qualify and route leads, opportunities, and priority segments, accelerating sales cycles and supporting goal achievement; + Support the planning and optimization of multichannel campaigns (SMS, WhatsApp, Push, Email, Digital Agent, among others), ensuring integration, consistency, and commercial performance focus; + Map the end-to-end customer journey, identifying opportunities for improvement, retention, and portfolio expansion; + Support the implementation of new processes and continuous improvements; + Maintain CRM operations; + Monitor AI-powered digital service queues to ensure efficiency and quality in customer service. 251220020255886108
