Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in clinics or hospitals; * Familiarity with clinical/hospital management systems (e.g., Tasy, MV, or similar). * Provide in-person service, guiding patients at the facility regarding inquiries or issuing appointment tickets; * Deliver patient test results, verify data in the system, and record completion; * Issue certificates/attendance confirmations for patients or companions, either in person or via e-mail; * Respond to and resolve e-mail inquiries regarding delivery of test results and reports; * Generate test result lists and sort them according to demand; * Sort and dispatch test results via SEDEX postal service, entering corresponding postal tracking data into the system; * Receive documentation and test results from other facilities; * Archive test results alphabetically by department; * Provide in-person service for collection of test results and reports; * Verify radiological images and reports against physicians’ orders; * Sort various test results and group them per physicians’ requests; * Verify personal data recorded on radiological films against patient registration forms; * Verify physicians’ orders and corresponding imaging studies performed; * Access the system to confirm data and record completion status as “packaged”; * Update the Complement Spreadsheet; * Update the Correction Spreadsheet; * Update the Early Results Spreadsheet for imaging studies and CDs; * Interleave examination images and sort them into folders corresponding to individual patients; * Sort each physician’s workload, group associated images, and forward them to the physician’s mobile device; * Print images and reports, and confirm quantities of prior examinations; * Respond to e-mail inquiries regarding report content and turnaround time; * Verify listings from various departments. 2512140202201919963
