Job Summary: Professional responsible for real-time surveillance camera monitoring, identifying and reporting suspicious situations, and ensuring proper operation of monitoring equipment. Support for the physical security team Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) in real time to ensure the integrity of internal and external company areas; Identify and report suspicious situations or non-conformities to the responsible team; Activate security protocols in case of incidents; Record and track events and movements via internal system; Support the physical security team in decision-making; Ensure proper maintenance and operation of monitoring equipment. Requirements: Completed high school education; Desirable: training course in Security, Monitoring, or related fields; Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and computer literacy; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Prior experience in this role is a plus; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Availability to work on a 5x1 rotating shift \- night shift from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM\.
