




Job Summary: The professional will lead the monitoring of bus body manufacturing, visit clients, assist in project creation and management, monitor tasks and deadlines, support scope and cost control, and prepare reports and maintain PMO documentation. Process optimization and documentation in accordance with PMO standards. **Job Description:** Lead weekly meetings with bus body builders to monitor progress of bus body manufacturing and complete bus delivery to customers. Visit customers to assess new orders and their capacity to meet SPTrans requirements. Assist in creating, updating, and tracking project schedules. Monitor tasks, deliverables, and deadlines, reporting risks and delays to specialists. Support scope, cost, and performance indicator tracking. Collect technical and managerial information from various departments (Engineering, Quality, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain). Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. Assist in tracking risks, issues, and action plans. Organize meeting agendas, minutes, action item lists, and follow\-ups. Ensure updates are accurately reflected in PMO documents and systems. Assist in inter-team communication to maintain alignment. Maintain project documentation in accordance with PMO standards. Contribute to standardization of templates, workflows, and internal processes.
