Focus on patient experience and operational efficiency We are seeking a professional with strong strategic and operational vision to manage the **Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Computed Tomography** departments at our imaging diagnostic clinic. **Key Responsibilities:** * Management of technical teams (scheduling, vacations, coverage for absences) * Monitoring of examination workflow and service turnaround time * Rapid decision-making in response to operational incidents * Strategic reallocation of patients across equipment/units * Coordination with medical staff, reception, and support departments * Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with protocols **We seek a professional who:** * Has experience in the field of medical imaging * Possesses a macro-level business perspective without losing sight of operational execution * Is analytical, agile, and solution-oriented * Demonstrates strong people and conflict management skills * Focuses on patient experience and operational efficiency **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience managing MRI and CT departments * Experience with operational metrics (waiting time, delays, productivity) **Behavioral Profile:** * Strategic \+ hands-on (essential balance) * Sense of urgency and rapid decision-making ability * Strong communication skills (especially in situations involving delays/conflicts) * Organizational skills and workflow awareness * Emotional intelligence **Technical Profile:** * Experience with: * Scheduling * Team management * Patient flow * Knowledge of appointment scheduling systems and software Compensation: R$2\.673,75 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
