Job Summary: Opportunity for a Nutrition internship to work at a Food and Nutrition Unit (UAN), developing skills in collective food service, quality control, and menu planning. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in menu planning and inventory management. **Internship Opportunity in Nutrition at Vitória Convention Paulínia.** We are seeking a Nutrition intern to join our Food and Nutrition Unit (UAN). If you are dedicated, organized, and interested in collective food service, this is the ideal opportunity to develop your practical skills! **Responsibilities:** * Assist in monitoring meal production * Support quality control and food safety * Monitor good food handling practices * Assist in menu planning * Perform inventory and food expiry date control * Support kitchen team guidance **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Nutrition undergraduate program, minimum 3rd semester * Interest in collective food service (UAN) * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication **Preferred Qualifications:** * Reside in Campinas; * Availability to complete the internship for at least one year; * Familiarity with control tools (spreadsheets, systems) **Benefits:** * Market-competitive internship stipend * Transportation allowance * On-site meals * Life insurance **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:15 PM Join our team!
