Intermediate English and Italian proficiency **Required Experience and Knowledge:** Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Supervise results reporting, variance analysis, and performance indicators. Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory standards. Conduct financial and economic analyses to support executive management. Monitor internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and responses. Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate operational and financial risks. Collaborate with departments such as accounting, tax, treasury, and legal to align processes. Prepare managerial reports and presentations for senior leadership. Solid experience in controllership, management accounting, or financial planning. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
