Your mission will be to manage the demand for **Junior Lawyer** **Contracts** Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, corporate, and service agreements; Standardize templates and critical clauses; Support internal departments in defining contractual premises and mitigating risks. **Advisory & Projects** Issue legal opinions and guidance on corporate, civil, regulatory, and labor matters; Adopt a preventive approach to reduce liabilities and litigation; Support M\&A projects, audits, and due diligence; Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and propose internal adjustments. **Litigation** Manage a portfolio of judicial and administrative proceedings (civil, labor, tax, and regulatory); Define litigation strategies jointly with external law firms; Prepare contingency reports for finance, audit, and compliance departments. **Key Responsibilities** Serve as the legal point of contact for business units; Assess risks and propose practical, business-aligned solutions; Ensure updated legal governance, traceability, and controls. **Reporting & Metrics** Develop departmental reports and metrics; Identify opportunities for improving and optimizing internal processes. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Law, with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Intermediate English proficiency; * Strategic mindset and solution-oriented profile. * Experience in negotiation and management of strategic contracts * Experience in managing strategic litigation, interfacing with external law firms, and analyzing provisions; * Participation in multidisciplinary projects
