Store Attendant

Description

Job Description We are looking for an organized, creative, and committed individual to work in the production of customized products. The role will have autonomy to manage the entire store's operational process—from artwork creation to production and order delivery to customers. Commercial activities and sales will be handled by the company, while the employee will be responsible for order execution and operational organization. Responsibilities * Create and adjust artwork for customers * Operate personalization machines and equipment * Produce t-shirts, mugs, stickers, promotional items, and other customized products * Pick and verify orders * Package and organize production * Perform basic material and inventory control * Organize the store and workplace * Deliver orders when necessary * Track orders until completion Requirements * Basic/intermediate knowledge of artwork creation * Experience with CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or similar software is highly beneficial * Organizational skills and responsibility * Good communication with customers * Problem-solving ability * Proactivity and autonomy * A driver's license (CNH) is a plus Advantages * Experience in customization * Experience in printing, sublimation, DTF, promotional items, or quick-print services * Knowledge of social media and customer service Job Information * Salary: To be discussed * Working hours: Business hours * Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract) * Location: Rua Santana, 464, Centro Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking Workplace: On-site
