We have openings for Schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:20 PM And from 5:00 PM to 12:55 AM Lead operational processes; Continuously monitor the quality of work performed by the team; Resolve issues with immediate actions and set priorities to ensure the development of tasks under your responsibility; Greet and guide arriving customers (explain or hand out the menu and direct them to tables, self-service areas, or queues); Interact with and build rapport with customers; Address customer needs throughout their in-store experience; Promote sales; Post-sales (feedback collection, upselling, evaluation, and complaint resolution) Monitor store performance indicators; Authorization to use the password for processing cancellations and discounts; Organize and clean the store, maintaining required cleanliness standards throughout the work shift; Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity, as needed by the department. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Performance-based bonus * Transportation allowance (VT) or cash subsidy for those using personal transportation * Meal voucher: R$25.00
