Job Summary: Professional to perform order picking, kit assembly, packaging, and part inspection in the automotive parts industry, following quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly and inspection of parts in accordance with quality standards. 2. Proactivity and willingness to learn new processes. 3. Experience in assembly lines is a plus. Automotive parts company; the employee will perform order picking and assemble kits using appropriate tools and machinery. Perform individual or collective packaging of parts into boxes; manually or mechanically assemble components and sub-products according to established quality and assembly standards in process sheets; execute the Control Plan by conducting tests, visual inspections, and functional checks on assembled parts; segregate non-conforming parts; apply the company's established quality policies; demonstrate proactivity and willingness to learn new processes and improve skills. Experience in assembly lines and vocational training courses in logistics (e.g., SENAI) will be considered a plus. Must reside in Sumaré or nearby areas, with easy access to the Nova Veneza neighborhood. Meal allowance, fuel voucher, health insurance with co-payment after 3 months. CLT employment contract, Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT.
