Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, verifying, and entering orders, as well as performing billing and issuing tax documents, ensuring process organization. Key Highlights: 1. Essential role in order management and tax-related processes. ***Responsibilities:*** * Receive and verify orders submitted by franchisees; * Enter orders into the ERP system; * Perform billing and issue tax documents; * Verify registration and tax data prior to issuance; * Maintain contact with franchisees and internal departments to clarify questions; * Ensure timely execution and process organization. ***Requirements:*** * Prior experience in billing; * Basic knowledge of taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, and COFINS); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and proactivity; * ERP knowledge is considered a plus. **Salary:** R$2\.100,00 **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of BRL 35.00 per day; * Transportation allowance * Physical basic food basket Payment: R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Meal\-allowance * Transportation\-allowance Work location: On-site
