




Description: Education: * Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Technical Knowledge: * Experience in technical support and user experience management, with focus on hardware and IT vendor management. * Knowledge of hardware specifications and their application in corporate environments. * Knowledge of MDM, change management (CMs), and basic N1-level networking. * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Analytical, proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile. * Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or similar will be considered a plus. Responsibilities: * Collaborate in user experience management, focusing on continuous improvement and optimization of deployed hardware performance. * Assist in supervising and optimizing on-site (Field Services) and remote (Service Desk) technical support services, contributing to SLA compliance and service quality. * Support the management and operation of mobile telephony infrastructure, ensuring availability and performance, as well as device configuration and maintenance—including MDM (Mobile Device Management). * Participate in the control and review of IT service and solution contracts, ensuring compliance, performance, and cost-effectiveness. * Manage vendors, including performance evaluation and support in negotiations. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement actions for delivered services. * Serve as a technical support point for resolving complex hardware-related issues and provide support in change management (CMs). * Possess basic N1-level networking knowledge to assist in resolving connectivity and infrastructure issues. * Participate in meetings with business units to understand requirements and align technological solutions. * Assist in internal and external audits by providing evidence and reports on managed services. * Contribute to fostering a culture of excellence in user support and service delivery. 2512130202201917870
