





**Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to employees in the installation and configuration of Software and Hardware, updating patches on servers and computers; * Keep the Software and Hardware inventory of the environment up to date; * Open and monitor internal and external technical tickets, provide support for internet link and VPN; * Perform backups, recovery tests, and intranet configuration; * Monitor servers, create users on Active Directory servers and email; * Keep infrastructure updated and documented **Requirements:** * Completed or pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Knowledge in Networks, Firewall, Security, and Telecommunications; * Previous experience in the role; * Reside in Limeira.
